I did not choose this lifestyle for weight loss or to change my physical appearance. In addition to my compassion for animals, the positive influence it had on my internal health did it for me; and the joy only gets better!

Although my recipes call for pricier ingredients, and takes more effort to prepare than regular desserts, I wouldn't want it any other way.
